Remove Suspension

I paid my bill of £54.93 yesterday so all up to date but the suspension has not been lifted can you please remove the suspension so I can use my phone please.

direct debit

My app won’t let me set up a direct debit and I upgrade tomorrow but I can’t do it if I can’t set up a direct debit, every time I put my details in, it says that I am unable to do so.

Hi there I’ve been with id for a few months and all of a sudden my phone has stopped working outside signal is poor everywhere and the phone is slowly becoming harder to use. I have to reboot every time for a tiny bit of signal but on wifi is perfect  any help would be appreciated thank you

Accessing AVN settings for roaming on iPhone SE 2022 (3rd generation)

Hello,I have recently switched to iD and am going abroad in a little under 2 weeks. I have looked at the roaming guidance and made sure roaming is turned on for my device (both in the iD app and my phone’s own data settings). The guidance recommends you also double-check the APN settings to make sure they are correct. I have an iPhone SE 2022 (3rd generation) and to do this it advises you to go through these menu options:Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network > Check current APN settings match those shown above.I can get as far as “Mobile Data Options”  but the menu called “Mobile Data Network” does not appear within that menu.I went online with iD live chat and their best advice was to go my nearest Currys for technical support.Just wondering first if anyone has had this issue and if they have any solutions. From doing a bit of digging it does seem like perhaps certain networks do not allow you to access this menu but if iD themselves a

Why is there no customer service?

Why is there no customer service department at ID Mobile? We recently took out 3 phone contracts with ID mobile and ported numbers from a previous provider. Since activation we haven’t been able to use Imessage or Facetime on any of our devices and having spoken to Apple they have confirmed it is an issue with the configuration of our Sim after porting a number.The only option we have is to speak with live chat, who all they can do is say the issue has been escalated (I'm on my 6th time being told this now). They also repeatedly lie on live chat, telling me that a call back has been requested, then when I speak to somebody else on live chat they say there is no call logged. What a dreadful service. How do I go about getting my issue resolved?

SIM not provisioned

I requested an upgrade to my package last week. I wasn’t sure if I’d get a new SIM or they’d just upgrade and use my existing one. When I log onto my app it shows my new plan as live as of today. However, I cannot get on the network and the phone just says SIM not provisioned. Any help would be appreciated

Transferred number

I’ve recently moved to idmoblie and I’ve transferred my old number. It’s allowing me to call others from my transferred number and send imessages but it won’t let me send regular texts? This is inconvenient as my mum doesn’t have an iphone so I can’t text her. Any help would be appreciated.

£25 charge for EU roaming?

I have a SIM only contract paying £10/month for unlimited mins, texts and 15GB data. I went to Mallorca for a week last month. My bill now has a £25 charge for EU roaming. I can’t understand why as everything I’ve seen on the ID site suggests roaming is included in the package. I have roaming and international switched on in my account.Any ideas?

0800 caller receives message "your call cannot be continued"

0800 caller tries my number and receives message "your call cannot be continued". Not roaming. the 0800 caller has previously made calls to me succesfully.

Where is my SIM card?

I ordered my SIM only 4 days ago and it said it would arrive within 3 days. I go abroad tomorrow and really wanted it set it up before I went away. Can someone explain to me please? I haven't even received an email from DPD stating it's been dispatched!!!!

Today I moved from ID mobile to Voxi. The PAC code does not work as it has expired. I need a new PAC code from ID mobile so that I can transfer my old number. How do I get a new PAC code from ID mobile?

Cancelled my contract back in Sept 2021 and I have 3 x £1 unpaid debts on my credit file... causing a re-mortgage rejection.... over £3 that is incorrect

I cancelled my agreement with you back in Sept 2021. I had a SIM only @£5 per month for my in car services. I cant even find the mobile number or agreement number.I have 3 x £1 unpaid (bad debts) from Aug 21, Jul 21 and June 21 that are giving me a bad credit score for remortgaging.This is madness. I need these removing from my credit file and a letter to confirm this is happening.

Very poor signal

Hi, my area is SY23. I'm using ID since one year and a half, never had the best signal but it was acceptable. Since 2 months signals get really poor, so often no connection at all.As an example I can send and receive WhatsApp messages but I can't send or receive photos, I can't make a video call. I can't watch Instagram stories, you tube videos. I can't listen Spotify. I need to use card reader for my work over my mobile connection, most of the time I have problems. I'm not even talking about watching stream channels.I know ID is of the cheapest options but if that means such poor signal it doesn't worth it at all.Even though it shows full connection, can't able to open a simple google page. (photo attached)  Everytime I swith off and on the mobile connection or the device but that doesn't work. This is really getting annoying. Any advice is appreciated.Thanks

very very very poooor network coverage

Hi. Im new here. Ive been using ID sim for more than a week now. However, since the day 1 ive been having difficulty getting the right coverage. The max im getting is 3-5mbps. Most of the time less than 1mbps. My phone is 5g. But it wont even reach 5g signal. Im living in Leicester. It says in the system that here is a 5g ready. Is there something is missed configurating? Or what? This is the worst signal that iv been thru. Giffgaff is way better, sorry.This happens not only at home even in an open area. Seriously. I dont know why???Been searching the hotline number for customer. Because i think i need an agent expert with this issue. 🤔.

I transferred my number from vodafone, now all my vodafone clients can't call me?

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can reset my phone. It looks as though the number has not been migrated properly from Vodafone and now clients are having to call me on Whatsapp which is not greatly professional.

refusing to

Been with ID for many years on sim only plan, wanted iPhone on monthly plan and to be able to keep my number had to request PAC and transferred to Lebara on the 13.4.2020, on the 14.4.2022 my number was transferred and is assigned to Lebara SIM card. My ID mobile account should have been closed but it’s not. Chatted with Id mobile and nobody can help me as I’ve been told transfer of my number is pending and to contact Lebara, contacted Lebara and they told me it has been successfuly transferred which is true cause number is now on Lebara SIM card. ID mobile is blaming Lebara but number has been transferred! Because of the ID mobile refusing to close my account after the successful number transferred and saying it’s pending I can not transfer the number back to my new iPhone plan with ID mobile. So frustrated because now I am paying 3 plans, 2 with ID mobile and 1 with Lebara which I initially wanted only for few days. As I said my number is active on the Lebara SIM card. Now it looks l

TEXTS PROBLEM

I have had an ID contract for years but have never used my phone to send texts. Now I have but it won't let me send them, though I can receive them. I have had an issue with my BT landline and I needed to reply to their texts s. But every time I try to reply I get an error message or a line saying "Can't send texts with ID mobile." What's going on?

No security code being sent for registration.

Ok, so I have been through your entire site tried 3 different browsers, accepted ALL cookies and still not receiving a security code to register?Nor will live chat work, nor can I find a place to email into support?A very complicated mess your site, its more like its designed to stop people from asking for help. Anyway, I want to figure out why my bill has somehow jumped from 18 pounds a month to 93 pounds, but I can’t because I can’t register?

Can you turn off mobile data on a child’s phone

Hi,Can you turn off mobile data on a teens phone? I’m trying to stop my child using her phone after 10pm on school nights.  I have tried to block her phone with iPhone screen time, but for some reason TikTok & Snapchat doesn’t get restricted (we’ll know glitch with Apple). I can turn off the WiFi, but cannot turn off her mobile data unless I cancel her mobile data on her contract which still has 10 months to run! I don’t have the option of down grading as have a 12 month contract. Any ideas?

No Network coverage in BD2

I have had the same contract  and phone for over 3 years no problem till about 2/3 weeks ago I cannot ring out as the phone message come up No Network coverage , also my texts take ages to go or receive  and people are telling me they have tried to call me on numerous occasions but it goes straight to answer machine and hangs up . I have tried the usual taking the sim card out and restarting the phone neither helps I took the phone into Curry’s where a young man tried to help but the phone worked in the shop , my husband has exactly same phone and contract and his works perfectly Help Please
