Choose a new plan.

I am in month 20 or so of a 24 month contract. In “My Account” I am being offered to change my plan and reduce the monthly fee,Will this extend or reset my current contract?orwill this only impact untill the end of my curernt contract in 4 months or so, after which I can move onto another contract/upgrade/etc thank you

I cannot register, login, reset my password or recover email

Tried logging in and despite plenty of attempts over the last few days I cannot login. I have tried to reset my password but the form returns “Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?”I have tried to use the “Forgotten username / email” but it too says “Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?”I have tried to register and it just keeps saying “Service temporarily unavailable”Tried the “live chat” but it was more of a meme than an actual helpAs a first experience this is pretty poor

brought a new id mobile contract

Hello,My boyfriend has recently purchased another id mobile phone and contract from U switch. He currently has an id mobile account with a sim only contract. We have tried to set up his new account but it is saying his details are incorrect (new phone number, last name and birth year).  could this be because he hasn’t disconnected his old account?  any help would be grateful:)

Cannot reset login details

I've been attempting to login to my main account (I understand this community account is separate as I have specifically created so I can ask this question here) and it does not accept any of my normal passwords, so I have tried to do the reset. It asks for my number my last name and what year I was born and I absolutely know I have the correct answers for these questions - is there currently an issue with the system. I also tick the box to confirm I am not a robot and the error message says 'something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?' Please help me get this fixed and thank you in advance.

Number Switch and poor Signal

Hi There, I just swapped over to you from Vodaphone and submitted my PAC code, today is the day you said you would swap my number and it hasn't happened. I have looked at the community and can see this is a very common problem for people joining ID so can you please let me know what's happening as I need the number moved asap for work. I have also just been outside with three bars of 4g but not been able to even load a web page. The coverage map says I shouldn't have a problem indoors or outdoors in my area, is this the norm?

using old phone with same number

Hi I’ve just upgraded my phone. I use my current phone for business and would like to keep it to use with the same phone number. my new phone I assume will have a new number. Do I just purchase a sim only for my old phone to keep my old number? Would I need a new sim for my new phone?im so confused 🫤

Live Chat not working

I’ve had problems from day1.  Firstly my sim didn’t arrive.  I successfully contacted Live chat and was quite impressed that they got another card to me the following day.   However, it’s all downhill from now.  The sim won’t work in my Samsung S20 and states unknown number and no service.  I’ve been trying all morning to use Live Chat but it isn’t working.  If this is the customer service I think I want to cancel the whole thing.  I am still in the 14 day cooling period but can’t seem to reach anyone. Will my local Curry store be able to do anything as I ordered this on the ID website?

switching to new plan

Hi ID,I tried to upgrade from an ID contract deal (£25 pm) which had come to an end, to an ID SIM only plan (£7 pm). I do not want to lose my existing number and I do not want two accounts. However, when the welcome email arrived for the new plan, it gave me a new phone number and new account number. Have I now got two plans going now instead of the one for £7 pm which I want? I’d very much appreciate some help with how to keep my existing phone number and how to ensure I just have the one account that I’m paying for.  Thank you!

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted

I’m having this issue “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.” I have the correct PAC code from plus.net, I don’t know why it’s not working, I logged into the app and the website but it still says the same message. The only bit of information I am not 100% is correct is the 9 digit Transaction number, as this is the number from the Carphone Warehouse. Please help?

Hi Just put new sim in my new iPhone 14 and it’s asking for an activation code and confirmation code, any idea where I can find this. It also says it’s wants to scan a QR code but I haven’t received anything from iD mobile.  Any idea where I can find these or do I contact ID?Thanks Phil

How does refer a friend ever work?

I referred two friends who signed up via my link, they joined id and received an email to click a link to submit account number for refer-a-friend but clicking this link goes to the original refer a friend page where you enter email to start refer a friend process AND NOT a page to enter account number.  None of the three of us can progress this reward. Can someone please help

Account Cancellation

Hi,I am still being charged by ID mobile for an account that is no longer used, I no longer have the sim card, I dont know the log in details of the account and Im not 100% sure what the phone number was.I need to have this account cancelled ASAP.Please help.

poor signal despite coverage.

Despite being in a covered area with "no issues" myself amd my local community have continual issues with ID  and 3 service in many areas in portsmouth,more so since the 5g towers have been put in. So much so we now recommend not joining either company (phone based gaming community of a few thousand).

Why can't I get a signal?

An error was reported in my area today but was also marked as resolved. I have not been able to send text messages, make phone calls or access the Internet. I rely on my phone to stay in touch with family, friends and psychiatric professionals. This really isn't acceptable.

ID is not taking the amount for my monthly contract each month, and each payment date it is saying that a payment has been missed although it is set-up on a direct debit and there are funds in the account.Why is this happening?

problem accessing account and resetting password

im not sure who can help. I'm unable to access id account to manage upgrade. it tells be that id are busier than usual and to contact this group or 7777...Now several hours have gone by with the same result.I cant respond to the link in my email to confirm upgrade until I can access my account properly.I tried to reset my password and it tells me it's wrong.I can still access with finger print but not fully!

Mobile network stopped working back in the Uk after being abroad

I have been abroad and kept my phone in airplane mode the entire time so didn't use my mobile network. On my return, I switched out of airplane mode and I'm getting "no service". Some details: - Pixel 6 phone- I didn't remove my SIM card whilst abroad- I only used wifi in airplane mode Please help!

getting an error message when sending texts

I’ve recently moved to ID and ported my number. Since this when I’ve text a short code or phone that’s not an iPhone I get an error msg saying ‘message failed to send’. I’m not sure if the text are actually going or not but it’s really frustrating. Anyone help?I’ve tried turning the phone off, taking SIM out as advised on other posts but no joy!

internet connection
