I entered my SIM pin number wrong three times, and my sim is blocked. Tried to get onto the live chat, but the website had been updated, and it said to make a new account. Did that, and they sent a code to my phone, which I can’t unlock, so I can’t get on the website. Tried calling and just get automated options and go around in circles. Tried Twitter/X and they’re closed and saying contact the web site! I’m going crazy! My phone is so important to me (as everyone’s is) but I’m vulnerable and I feel unsafe without it. I’ve take out the sim so at least I can use my apps with wi-fi. HELP!
Hello.I have purchase a pay monthly data only SIM from ID mobile. I am trying to set up my app and online account. I have added the mobile number associated with the SIM, but I am then asked to enter the verification number sent to the SIM… when it is a data only SIM (which I have no desire to insert into my mobile in any case as I am using it in a router). As a consequence I can’t move onto the next step and set up my account. Can anyone help please?

Hi Since I moved to ID mobile when other people ring me they don't hear any sound/ring just silence, first thing which they can hear is when someone pick up the phone. Any ideas on how this could be fixed? PsHope I was able to explain this properly. Thanks
I have a relative visiting from overseas for 3 weeks. Should I buy them a PAYG esim or a Pay Monthly esim? They will obviously need to keep their existing number after their trip has ended. Not quite sure what the difference is. Thanks
Anyone able to give some advice on what happens when your id mobile ac gets hacked?rrecieved a msg yesterday about a pac code , which i hadnt asked for.By the time i managed to use live chat this morning to contact id,i had recieved another msg to say it was all going through.I told agent on live chat that this wasnt me and i didnt want to move to another provider.But inspite of this , my phone no longer works as it seems its no longer valid on id network.worse still ,had call from bank to say my ac had been frozen due to unusual activity, so ive got to in branch tommorrow and sort that out.to say im stressed and cheesed off is an understatement.not really sure id are taking this seriously ,as ive not heard back from them as yet.
I am new and am changing from vodafone to ID. My phone has been delivered and the sim can I use now. ON the sign up form I had put Aug 4th but my phone is no longer working properly. So really cant wait …Many thanksDenise
I've kept my phone updated with the latest firmware, tried another phone, even spoken to friends who are on ID mobile and I'm having the same problems as them. I'm finding that I have very bad signal where I'm losing phone calls, not receiving calls and internet is virtually useless. I need my phone for work and work all over the country . Is anyone actually finding the opposite of this? I've been with ID for 6 months now and I'm wishing I hadn't changed provider. And really don't think it's worth the money..... Even though it's cheap.
