Doesn't hear anything ringing signal

Hi 

Since I moved to ID mobile when other people ring me they don't hear any sound/ring just silence, first thing which they can hear is when someone pick up the phone. Any ideas on how this could be fixed?

Morning @zlatev88,

Sorry to hear you're having issues, is it still ongoing? Have you tried a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET?

This isn't fixed I've reset my eSIM and now I can't register it again.
