weak signal

I've kept my phone updated with the latest firmware, tried another phone, even spoken to friends who are on ID mobile and I'm having the same problems as them. I'm finding that I have very bad signal where I'm losing phone calls, not receiving calls and internet is virtually useless. 

I need my phone for work and work all over the country . Is anyone actually finding the opposite of this? I've been with ID for 6 months now and I'm wishing I hadn't changed provider. And really don't think it's worth the money..... Even though it's cheap.

Sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with our network, sounds like you’ve tried a fair bit of troubleshooting to improve things.

Have you tried switching to an eSIM? Looking online, some other Google Pixel 8 Pro owners found it improved things. If you’d like an eSIM, contact us on Live Chat.
