How can I bring my contract forward to a new date.

I am new and am changing from vodafone to ID.  My phone has been delivered and the sim can I use now.  ON the sign up form I had put Aug 4th but my phone is no longer working properly. So really cant wait …

Why not put your Vodafone SIM in your new phone from iD, until your switch happens, @deniseknight101?

    Hi @deniseknight101 

     

    As suggested by @andewhite above, your Vodafone SIM would still work through to the number switching to the iD Mobile one, we’d recommend using that in your new device then switching the SIM once transfer is done.
