Hi. I changed over from EE to ID today. I got a txt to say the switchover has went through. I'm not getting calls on the id sim. It's still going to my EE sim. If I txt it works. But I don't recieve txt messages. The txt goes to the EE sim too. My number is active on both sim but I don't recieve anything with my number on the id sim. This is over 4 hours now and I've switched the mobile off about 10 times and it's still the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there @cradle1scot, sorry to hear that.

Please do not reply to the person above, as they are trying to scam you. I’ve not approved your response however, with your personal details on.

What phone do you have please?

Have you tried restarting the phone?

Thanks,

Tyler

Thanks Tyler.

It's now working. About 2 hours after I posted it worked. Was so.ething like 6 hours after I got a txt from ID mobile to say it was working before it worked.  Thanks for your help.

For future reference @cradle1scot (and thanks @Tyler for withholding that info👍)

iD Mobile Staff may ask you to post your postcode (you don’t need to if you don’t want to) so they can check if any known faults have been reported for your area BUT they would NEVER ask you to post any personal details. Should anyone ever ask you just ignore them.

On a computer staff can be identified by having iD Mobile Employee after their name. If your using a mobile device this information is not actually visible - but selecting view desktop site/version on your phones browser settings their status does become visible - maybe iD could look at having the mobile browser version tweaked to clearly identify staff @Matthew T (and the create a topic button/tab as this also isn’t visible on a phones normal browser either - just saying!)
