Hello, 

I switched over to ID mobile in January and for two months now I have been paying £50 instead of £33.99. I am aware of the 4% increase from April but 1) 4% extra on my bill should only be a couple of pounds and 2) I paid an extra £14 last month too. Can you please help me before my bill is due on the 15th as I shouldn’t be getting charged this month. I am unlimited everything too.

You get your bill sent to you every month detailing any extra charges should they have happened, have you checked this?
