I need to cancel an add on of data I don't have the option

    Unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to cancel/return an add on once purchased as they are instant use, sorry.

    No I was just worried it would be charged monthly and I didn't want t to be paying an extra £30 a month for something I only needed as a one off.

    Okay, to cancel the recurrence of an add on, we’d recommend using the iD Mobile app.
