I want to cancel my disconnection request and start a SIM only contract

It may be best to speak to the sales team on 0207 1391 397 for a new SIM only contract or visiting the app/website.

 

If you’re trying to instead upgrade your existing plan to a SIM only plan, you’ll be able to by speaking to sales team as above or using the app/website.
