Exchange to a differeny handset

I signed up with IDmobile and received a IPhone 16e on Friday.  I’m wanting to exchange this phone as the camera will not be good enough for me.  I’ve looked online and it says I can return it at my local Currys store.  I spoke to someone on live chat and I got mixed answers.  
 

I've already traded my old phone in so if I’ve got to post the 16e back and then order another phone I’m going to be waiting without a phone.  I’m classed as disabled so I do need a phone because if my health and mental health and as I don’t have an another phone I can use. I’ve moved onto an ESIM.

 

any ideas or advice please.
