FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT

I have had an account opened up in my name and charged 39.99 every month for over 6 months.

I received a refund from my bank for monies taken.

I contacted yourselves a few times to be told that it was fradulent and would be sorted at your end.

I have waited well over 5 weeks for my accounts to be sorted with CREDIT AGENCIES to remove all the activity for ID MOBILE.

Equifax contacted ID MOBILE on my behalf to confirm the fraudulent activity with ID MOBILE to get this removed from my CREDIT FILE they were told there was no fraudulent activity and it will NOT be removed from my CREDIT FILE.

How can you tell them its not FRAUDULENT when you know for a fact that it IS INDEED FRAUD.
