New customer help

I am a potential new customer and the offers that look most promising are connected to the 3Network of which I am already directly linked to. Can anyone advise if i would therefore still be ok to proceed as a ‘New’ customer to ID mobile ?

iD Mobile and THREE are not the same network. You are free to sign up to whatever plan takes your fancy and yes, you can port your number over from the THREE network too.

What does ‘offers that look most promising are connected to the 3Network of which I am already directly linked to’ mean exactly? Are you an existing iD Mobile customer?

iD Mobile does use THREE's masts to provide their service, but iD Mobile is not part of the THREE network and is a separate business. No different to all those ISPs that use openreach to provide customers with a broadband or landline service. 🙂
