Not Receiving Some Calls After Joining

Hi, I’ve recently joined (ported my number from vodafone) and am having issues receiving calls from some people. 
 

I’ve tested it myself and discovered that I’m unable to call from at least 2 numbers (both of which are on vodafone). 
 

please can you advise how to resolve or advise how to cancel my contract and obtain a refund.

This sounds like a split port. You need to speak to Vodafone and get them to push it through.

It sounds like there may be a potential routing issue if you’re not able to receive phone calls from Vodafone specifically.

Hi Lauren, 

 

I am also having the same issue as the original poster. Was on Vodafone and have transferred over however i cannot receive calls, not sure if it is just calls from people on vodafone (my girlfriend is and i cannot receive any of her calls) however i also have another friend who cannot call me but not sure what provider she is with.

 

Please can you help me out

I have a similar problem. Recently ported number but some calls are not coming through. Have tried chat bot but no help.
