Number change and logging in

Hi, i’ve just got my new phone from ID and my number has been ported from Tesco Mobile (although it was still functioning fine on my other phone?).

Anyway, now i’m trying to create an account on the ID Mobile app but it doesn’t recognise my ported number. I entered the number that ID have given me and that worked, the only problem is that, that number is de-activated due to the port. I’ve had people try to text and call it and it’s out of service, so i have no way of creating my ID account. Any ideas? Do i just need to wait? Plan was purchased almost a week ago and i entered the PAC code when purchasing.

thanks

Okay @Ryan McSweeney, if your old (Tesco Mobile) SIM is still working, then your switch to iD Mobile hasn’t started yet.

What date date did you select for your switch, @Ryan McSweeney?

The switch has just happened a few minutes ago funnily enough, confirmed by a text from ID. All is working now thanks for your response!
