opps something went wrong

WHY am I still getting oops something went wrong, have removed app twice, my partner ok got message saying problem sorted it isnt

I got fed up seeing the sad faced bear and the Oops message.

I went via an ID main page link and reinstalled the App and it was like being a new customer again by entering many details once more.

Bit of a faff, but I got there.

ID are held hostage by the Three Network and that's probably all of our problems. The 5g footprint is still very patchy too.

I'll keep the SIM only deal going, as it's still quite cheap.
