overbilled twice and need it corrected before my next bill

Hello,

I switched over to ID mobile in January and for two months now I have been paying £50 instead of £33.99. I am aware of the 4% increase from April but 1) 4% extra on my bill should only be a couple of pounds and 2) I paid an extra £14 last month too. Can you please help me before my bill is due on the 15th as I shouldn’t be getting charged this much. I am unlimited everything too.
I also can’t access the website or app to see the pdf with my bill in, can’t find a contact number or email!

It can be frustrating to be with iD Mobile sometimes, @EmileeKendall. Their customer service is online only - no email or telephone helpline.

If the iD app and website aren’t working properly, perhaps best option is contacting iD support on social media using Facebook Messenger or an X DM (formerly Twitter). Advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi @EmileeKendall

You get your bill sent to you every month detailing any extra charges should they have happened, have you checked this?
