Why is ID mobile behind on the tech to introduse Standing oreders My Bank has told me it is the best optioon for me due to my mental health every other cell and landline company offer this as an optionĀ 

its no diferent then a Direct Debit it costs nothing extra and people do not get penalised by fines and its less confusing becaue the customer has more control of dates the payments are made some weeks have 5 weeks wich knocks payment dates out of sync as DD is a set date but SOs are every 4 weeksĀ 

every time a DD is attempted it affects a persons credit scoreĀ

Unfortunately making payment by standing order isnā€™t an option with iD Mobile.

We offer payments via Direct Debit and manual payments via your account or the app.

However as you mentioned mental healthĀ  we would advise giving our Vulnerable Customer Team a call onĀ 0800 049 2376.
