Voicemail constantly deleting outgoing message!

For a long time now my ID Mobile voicemail outgoing message gets deleted and I have to re-record and save a new one. Each time it is confirmed as working and I test it now and again by phoning myself.

This is extra annoying because it is only when someone I know lets meit’s gone  know that I realise I have to deal with it once more….

This is nothing to do with a full message box (I only get a few messages per month and I clear them regularly anyway).

I have seen other users comment on the same issue.

So when is ID Mobile going to fix this?

This has probably been an issue all along, but I only became aware of it when people said my message stopped being played.
Are you really saying that the message service works perfectly for me….then my outgoing message suddenly gets remotely deleted because of the actual mobile phone I use??

That sounds pretty far-fetched.

I use a Moto g10...

It gets deleted regularly...exactly when is impossible to say unless I decide to phone myself up every day to check! I’d guess it gets every couple of weeks.
