For a long time now my ID Mobile voicemail outgoing message gets deleted and I have to re-record and save a new one. Each time it is confirmed as working and I test it now and again by phoning myself.
This is extra annoying because it is only when someone I know lets meit’s gone know that I realise I have to deal with it once more….
This is nothing to do with a full message box (I only get a few messages per month and I clear them regularly anyway).
I have seen other users comment on the same issue.
So when is ID Mobile going to fix this?
