My 1st bill was due 29th but we've just had Easter know were on the 2nd when will my 1st payment be taken

+24Hey there Matty, our apologies for only just getting back to yourself, we’re experiencing extremely high volumes at the moment.
As you correctly mentioned, the bank holiday does indeed delay payments due on any of the bank holiday dates, and would be taken after. I’d imagine it should have been taken successfully by now, so please quote us if that’s not the case, and we’d be happy to help further.
