30 days sim only plan


I bought a 30 days 50 gb sim only plan for 8 pounds a month and am within 30 days window where I can change my mind and not continue the service.

I went to the app to try and cancel and I was told I will be charged 15.10 pounds?

Need help, May be I am missing a trick here.

Even if returning in the cooling-off period, you’re still charged for the time the SIM card was connected to the iD network, @Reseng

From the charge quoted, sounds like your iD SIM was connected for ~2-weeks.

Cancelling would not be the same as making a return (Even if you’re not physically returning anything).

 

We’d recommend contacting the vendor you’ve purchased from to arrange a return, if you still need assistance with this and purchased via iD Mobile, please let us know here so we can get in touch.
