Who can check my account and can give me an explanation of over charge.
Since I have joined ID all payments been paid; in the September account was charged twice. From last three months I am receiving an extra monthly charge without explanation what and why this is for.?

Have a look at you bill on your online account/iD app.
Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Andrzej Mysiakowski
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
