I have just paid my bill but my services aren't restored

Hey there @Joseph Taylor, welcome to Community!

 

If services are suspended due to a non/late payment, then once paid, it can take a couple hours for service to resume. We’d recommend restarting your phone a couple hours after paying, if this were to happen again in the future.

 

As this post was a couple of days ago, I’d expect this to be resolved now, but if not, please do let us know :)
