I want to see how i spent money on my phone in past 2 weeks..where can I find a breakdown of my charges over the past 10 days or so?

Hey there ​@battylop, you should be able to see a breakdown of your current bill every month once your invoice is created.

 

If you’d like to check how much you’ve used in the past two weeks however and the invoice hasn’t been made yet, then please contact our live-chat who should be able to check your usages for you:

How is it that ID is the only company with so much less service that is accepted from all other networks? I am so frustrated, I cant even explain the amount of money and suffering (true, not imagined) all the "teething problem " that ID is encountering has cost me. I so regret joining. 

How is it that i have to chat to someone to get my breakdown if the invoice hasn't been generated? No other network has this? If you can advise how I can leave ID, despite only joining 3 months ago, please do..I do not know how to continue like this. I cant afford 100s of pounds due to IDs inability to give the same basic service as all other companies. Thanks
