Hi is it possible to increase my bill cap above £50

    If the app only lets you increase it to £50 then you need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Nicol  

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

    The bill cap will be changeable in the iD Mobile app, the limit will be seen there.
