Bill paid twice, refund needed for £38.99.

I paid twice

1 payment on the 26th Dec

then another 2nd Jan

 

next pay should be 26th not 2nd

 

please help

Please refund the payment on 2nd Jan then take the agreed scheduled direct debit on the 26th of Jan
