Hello, I got my phone which was supposed to come with a sim but did not, I would like to change my contract to a phone alone contract, I would also like to 

make a bill payment.

Your SIM card is sent separately from the handset usually a few days apart. You can’t have a phone only contract it has to have a voice/data plan attached to it.

So the initial phone that was sent was faulty so I sent it back with the sim, when the replacement phone came it came without a sim.

Also I got a mail saying that I have a bill in arrears and they have threatened to report my account to the credit collection company meanwhile I have paid for last month and the direct debit for this month is not on until the 24th of March.

I have tried to access the mobile app but it keeps sending a code to the mobile number

Hey there ​@Chymex, do you have a Currys store nearby?

 

If so, you can collect one from any store during opening hours, just ask a member of staff for one and then activate via our website or contact us to activate.

I would like to know if I can change my contract to sim only contract and I would also like to know if I have an unpaid bill on my account?

If you are on a handset contract you’ll need to wait until the minimum term has passed before you can upgrade to a SIM only contract.

We’ll need to access your account regarding any outstanding balance.
