cancelled account but still charged.

I put a request to cancel my daughters pay monthly account on the 13th December 2024 and received an email saying there would be no charges. So fast forward to the 8th January 2025 and I have been charged the normal monthly fee. It looks like account has been cancelled as I cant see any details on minutes/data etc.

We are sorry you have received an unexpected bill. 

On the invoice, it should list the dates that the charges are from and to. Do you have access to this?
