I've tried to add my bank to my account again as payment failed but it keeps telling me something is wrong but nothing is wrong all details are correct

Until these services are fixed, you can temporarily call 0800 049 2376 to setup a direct debit.
You’ll need your iD customer service PIN in order to do this by phone.
