I have been charged 3 times this month for my monthly bill. can I please have 2 months refunded to
my bank account

We are very sorry to hear you have been charged three times.
To clarify, we would only go for one direct debit payment so has there been additional card payments made on the account?
Do the payment show as leaving your bank account as well as on the app?
