continued billing after ending my contract

Hello, as some of you have already posted about this topic, you may be able to help. My contract was finished on 16/01/2025 so a few days ago. I paid my final bill despite making an extra payment in December. And I have yet another bill to pay despite the contract and account being finished. Do they have staff to look into this before they have around £100 extra out of me?

We are sorry to hear you have received an unexpected bill. 

On the invoice, it should list the dates that the payment is required for, can you please confirm the dates that it shows? 

Also, to clarify, was the request to cancel submitted on the 16th or did the service deactivate on the 16th?

The service was deactivated on the 16th

It's stated that my next bill is due 14/02/2025

Despite having paid double in December which is yet to be recognized.
