I’ve been sent a final bill email after returning my phone and cancelling my contract. However I cant see the invoice as I don’t have an account, I can’t create an account as I need the code sent by text to the mobile which I sent back.
Can somebody send me a copy of the invoice please? I can’t access live chat as the button doesn’t appear even in a different browser.
How do I pay the bill as my direct debit is no longer active and how do I get a refund on the purchase price of the phone. I’m surprised there’s even a final bill as I received the phone on the 17th Jan, sent it back on the 17th Jan and DPD delivered it back to iD on the 20th Jan so I would like to check the invoice to see what period the charge covers.
