direct debit

ID is threatening to ruin peoples credit scores and complaining that it was cancelled but won't accept the card details, ID themselfs are the ones cancelling it and pretending to say that they have sorted it out through live chat. So now all features don't work like SMS, Calling and Data.

Could you let us know exactly what’s happened here?

 

We wouldn’t be threatening to ruin your credit scores, we might mention should it be relevant that missed payments would affect your credit score.

 

An unpaid bill may mean that your services are no longer available, it sounds like this may be the case.

 

You’ll be able to make a manual payment on 0333 003 0001 should your direct debits have been cancelled.
