Hello CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I CANNOT SET UP DIRECT DEBIT? MY BALANCE IS CLEAR .FROM WEDNESDAY I JUST RECEIVED ANSWER LIKE "OPPS SOMETHING GOING WRONG PLEASE TRY LATER 'thank you.2 days I waiting for some ideas what going on. I'd community is useless
