I have just realised thanks to the app snoop that when I got my son's upgrade in SEPTEMBER!!!! THAT THEY DIDNT CANCEL HIS OLD PLAN!!! I am owed £17 a month and I demand an immediate refund! Longing to speak to a human regarding you collosal screw up!!!
