@James hendry I would reach out via Facebook Messenger, your more likely to get a reply quicker and get the help you need. I know the app is showing people's bill amounts wrong at the moment like for me it's showing my bill as being over £30 more than what it is. I needed help with this and Facebook Messenger was the best way. Goodluck and  I hope you get the help you need
