Left iD back in November but still getting demands


How do I speak to someone at iD.

 

I cancelled my PAYG back in November - received a payment chaser for outstanding month which I paid.  Have now received another debt collection letter but cannot speak to anyone at iD.  Live chat not active and I do not use social media.  Even telephone complaints line keep hold for over 40 minutes.

But to reiterate what I said there and what @andewhite has kindly assisted you with, if you’d like more instant responses from customer services, we’d advise to contact us via the live-chat between 9am-8pm on weekdays, and 9am-6pm on weekends.

Sounds like it was a pay monthly iD account, @User123456

If it was a PAYG account then when you stop paying, iD Mobile terminate your agreement and just disconnect you from their network after 120-days of no chargeable activity.

If the letter is from an debt collection agency, then iD Mobile may have sold the debt to that agency.

Thanks for the reply; we paid up all that was owing.  I just need to speak to iD which is proving near on impossible

If you ask, an iD Mobile adviser will PM here in this forum. 

This is a slow process because it takes several days for iD to reply any PM you send.

iD Mobile doesn’t have any telephone support. If you want to communicate via private messaging through this forum, then it will be a slow process. It can take 1–3 days to get a reply per pm. If you want quicker support, then speak to a live chat agent.

Thank you, I do not have the live chat coming up as an option and the communication in this way is very frustrating and slow.!   I am being chased for money I dont owe and need someone to reply quickly.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

I have tried to do the live chat I click on the link and it does not load so I am unable to use it!
