Payment from account and do not have a ID mobile account or SIM


I have had payments for the last 2 months leave my account for ID Mobile and i do not have a sim or account. Please can someone contact me regarding this as the live chat function also does not work.

Have you tried using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter) to contact iD support privately, @olcunningham?

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
