Trying to make a payment on my card and it's keeps failing on payment line can't get into my online account as it says records don't macth our system and can't speak to anyone to set up a direct debit can someone please help me

Perhaps there’s a problem with your iD account, which forum members like myself can’t access,
Have you tried sending iD support a private message via Facebook Messenger?
