I've tried numerous times over the last few days to try & pay my bill.  I've used the app & called.  My phone has now been cut off!!!! 

The payment keeps going from my bank but then goes straight back in.  

I need my phone to work!! it's not my fault that id payment won't work as I have read lots of other customers have had this problem.

What happens when you use the call line to make a payment?

 

What error shows on the app? Have you tried the website alternatively?

 

Please ensure that your details in the iD Mobile app/website match exactly to that of your bank account. (Name, Address etc)
