phone bill paid but cant access services

I’ve paid my phone bill but still don’t have access to services, my phone bill was overdue for no more than an hour and when I try ring someone it says I can go onto the app to download the data but it won’t let me

When your services are suspended due to a non/late payment, and then paid, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to fully resume. After 24 hours, we’d recommend restarting your phone, and your services should be back online. If not, we’d recommend getting touch with us directly via live-chat or social media to resolve this for you, as we can take off the suspension our end.
