Problem changing my bank details

I am trying change my account details for the direct debit payment but it keeps saying 'ooops something went wrong'. I have restarted my phone and the app is updated. Can you help me please, thanks

I am not even getting into the app now, even with my fingerprint.  Is there a further issue?

Have you tried avoiding any auto-log in set ups and manually entering your password?
