Roaming confusion


Arrived in Gran Canaria, received text stating free roaming (I am on 250gb pm).

 

Received another message yesterday (3 days in) stating calls, texts and data are all chargeable, and I will be charged at extortionate rates.

 

Can I talk to someone for clarity please?

You could try sending iD support a private message about your iD account allowances for Gran Canaria using Facebook Messenger
