If services have been barred before a payment is made, then it can take up to 24 hours for services to resume fully once the payment has been made. I would presume that as this was on the 6th, that services should’ve been resumed for some time now. If not, please restart your phone, and if no luck, let us know here, but I’d presume all is okay now.
