Hi, I used to have an Id account, but no longer. In addition to mine, I was (still am) paying for my wife and 2 sons Id accounts.
One of my sons has changed provider, and left me to cancel his account. He no longer has the SIM card, or retained his old number. So I’m not sure how to cancel his account. I tried cancelling one of the £5 per month direct debits, thinking that might solve the problem. It hasn’t, as I have now received an email regarding payment.
Can you please advise on a course of action. The 2 mobile numbers are: (Information removed) (that’s the one I want to cancel) and (Information removed) (want to keep).
