If you need a replacement SIM card you can pick one up from a Curry's store just ask for a replacement SIM card and follow the instructions.

Or log into your IDMobile account via the Web or IDMobile app and go to Plan and then Sim and Phone Management there after Request a Sim or eSim replacement.

 

Just to add if your Sim card seems as if it now working as it should take the Sim card out of your phone and test the sim card in another phone. Also if you have no service what so every it may be to a fault within your location with the network. Other possibilities a faulty phone.
