I had my ID Sim for a couple of weeks , during which time I couldn’t make any calls or receive them. I could not get any sense from the Bot about what to do fix it and also could not find a number or email address to contact to fix the issue so I gave up I changed to another company and the SIM worked without problem.  Now I’ve been charged more than £70 for ID’s terrible service.  How do I dispute this? Thank you.
