    Hey there ​@Dazzler72, sorry to hear that. If your services has been suspended, this would mean you’re not in credit and a payment is owed.

     

    Did two bills definitely get taken in January?

     

    Does the app/website state you owe money, or if you call our automated payment phone-line?
