
Was looking to take out a 3rd Pay Monthly contract with iD, was told I had to have 3 clear bills paid, so 90 days worth of payments, before I could look at taking a 3rd contract, I’ve now paid 3 bills, on my latest phone contract and I’m still getting told the exact same thing when I place an order, how do I get around this, as when I’m on the app there is zero option to speak to anyone!!! I’ve added a phot above showing the 3 bills
