My direct debit has failed and I'm wanting to pay using my friends debit card the funds are there but it keeps declining payment why???

You may need to use a card that belongs to the account holder of the iD Mobile plan you’re attempting to pay for.

The address for the iD account needs to match the address the bank has on record for the debit card, @Michelle Millin. Online payment systems make checks like these to try and prevent fraud & theft.
